The Wedding Party

A D&D 4e game for 4 to 6 players

60 years ago the invitation said: "King Terciak of the Winterwood and The Duke Evan the Sixth of Evanstown are proud to announce the betrothal of the King's son, Cerych and the Duke's Daughter, Genarra. May El shine on their love, Ar guide them through marriage with wisdom and Sora gift them with children."

The small city state of Evanstown is the only place to ever have seceded from the Grand Empire of Light to its south. They have a fearsome weapon that breaks armies apart and no one knows what it is or what countermeasures can be employed against it. The King of the Winterwood was trying to get under its umbrella of protection by marrying off his son to the daughter of the Duke of Evanstown. Then it all fell apart. No one knows where the Prince went and Princess fled to the island of Koss to stay with her uncle, the Duke of Hilltop. The question of what happened all those years ago has been grating on Queen Myra of Koss and she wants to know where it all went wrong.

Actually she couldn't give a flying fuck what went wrong. She wants whatever Evanstown has got to protect her island from danger and she needs a bunch of mugs to go and find out...

This is a continuation of the D&D 4e games I've run over two seasons before. New players always welcome, edition warriors need not apply. Ideally it'll take place in the May/June season depending on player availability.
